About Hannah
Hannah McCullough is the Director of Operations for Insurance By Heroes. She runs the agency's day-to-day operations, including policy handling, compliance, and customer service, helping keep the process smooth from the first quote request to the day a policy is in force.
Before insurance, Hannah served more than six years in public education as a social studies teacher, a head soccer and cross-country coach, and a college coach helping first-generation students get to school.
She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from East Central University and a B.S. in Education from Henderson State University. She brings a teacher's patience and an operator's discipline to the way Insurance By Heroes researches, explains, and supports life insurance decisions.
